The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is expected to feature a 16MP shooter at the rear. The rear camera is also fitted with an LED flash module having an aperture of f/2.0. The smartphone will be coming with a 13MP camera at the front. This comes as a huge bump in comparison to the 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera of Redmi Note 4. Also the smartphone comes preloaded with MIUI 9, operating on Android Nougat, the upcoming mobile software of Redmi still waiting to be officially announced.
The most striking feature of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 would be the employment of the fingerprint scanner. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 would be the very first smartphone to have a fingerprint scanner on the front below the display unlike it’s predecessors including Redmi Note 4 and other Xiaomi smartphones. Also the Redmi Note 5 is expected to come with improved connectivity options which includes USB Type-C 3.1, Bluetooth v5.0 and the X12 LTE modem.
